Indoor & Sterilized Cats

Lower activity calls for calorie control, hairball fibre and urinary comfort, typical for indoor cats.

What is it?

Indoor formulas are cat kibble tuned for a calmer life indoors. Many indoor cats are sterilized, that is part of the everyday profile (less hunting, less movement), not a medical diagnosis in itself.

Why does it matter?

Living indoors means lower burn: the same portion of adult kibble can lead to weight gain more quickly. Indoor cats also swallow more hair from grooming, which can cause hairballs. They often drink less than cats that hunt outside. Urinary comfort then deserves extra attention alongside hydration and portion size.

How does it work?

Indoor kibble combines a moderate energy level with fibre that supports hair passage. Functional additions such as cranberry extract fit urinary support in everyday formulas. Balloxx does not claim fat burners; substances such as L-carnitine (if present) are gentle nutritional support, not a weight-loss guarantee.

Benefits

  • Helps watch calorie intake with low activity
  • Fibre to support hairball passage
  • Urinary comfort via mineral balance and functional additions

Misconceptions

“Indoor” is not a disease diet. Sterilized does not automatically mean overweight, portion, play time and food choice all matter. With bladder or kidney issues, always follow your vet, not standard kibble.
