Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us in writing at support@balloxx.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

2. Return Conditions

• The product is unopened and in original, undamaged packaging.
• The product has not been used or opened.
• You notify the return within 14 days of receipt.
• You return the product within 14 days of your cancellation notification.

3. Return Costs

The direct costs of returning the product are at your expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

4. Refund

We will refund the purchase amount (including standard outbound shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation — provided we have received the product or you have provided proof of return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. opened pet food).
• Rapidly perishable products.
